At Miyochan, you can order takoyaki from 2 pieces, and choosing the seasoning is part of the fun. Options include sauce, soy sauce, ponzu and salt with sesame oil, with mayonnaise available alongside them. A serving of 2 pieces costs 200 yen, and each additional 1 pieces costs 40 yen. It is an easy order whether you want a small snack or to compare a few flavours.
For a more substantial meal, choose yakisoba with pork or squid. Small is 1 portions for 450 yen, medium is 1.5 portions for 550 yen, and large is 2 portions for 750 yen. Soy sauce and salt seasonings are also available. Small and large portions can be switched to yaki udon, while sobameshi and fried rice offer a way to bring rice into the meal instead.
Oden makes a good extra, with daikon, egg, thick fried tofu and other choices from 120 yen each. For an informal taste of the teppan-cooked flour dishes, try cabbage-yaki with egg for 180 yen or pizza-yaki with ham and cheese for 700 yen. Takoyaki and yakisoba can be enjoyed in the restaurant or ordered to take away. Payment is cash only.
